Service 01
Complete LV124 / LV148 test run
Full execution of all applicable LV124 or LV148 test cases for your ECU — including all power network tests, communication line checks, and climatic conditions where required. Delivered with a complete structured test report.

 

How it works: Ship your DUT to our lab in Ravensburg. We handle setup, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Full norm runs typically take several days to weeks depending on ECU complexity and the number of test variants. You do not need to be present — we keep you informed throughout.
Service 02
In-person assessment day
Visit our lab and run the specific tests you want to see with your own ECU, on the actual RTStand system. Designed for teams evaluating RTStand before a purchase decision or for engineers who want to see exactly how their DUT behaves under specific test conditions.

 

How it works: You visit Ravensburg, bring your DUT, and define the test cases you want to run. Our engineers set up and operate the system while you observe. Most teams make a full day of it — running a range of tests to get a complete picture of both the ECU’s behaviour and the system’s capabilities.
Service 03
Interface tryouts & proof of concept
Working on a new ECU interface — Automotive Ethernet 1000base-T1, GMSL, or something not yet in a standard test setup? We partner with you to test the integration in our lab before your own infrastructure exists.

 

How it works: We discuss your interface requirements, define the test scope together, and run controlled tryouts in our lab. This is also how several of our long-term customer relationships started — a proof-of-concept test that led to a system purchase.

Best for: evaluation, specific test scenarios, seeing RTStand live

We’ll confirm feasibility and prepare the system.

 

2. Travel to Ravensburg Bring your DUT and any relevant documentation (pin lists, norm variants).
Ravensburg is well connected — A96/A98 motorway, direct trains from Munich, Stuttgart, Zurich.

 

3. Full assessment day Our engineers connect your ECU, configure the test cases you’ve defined, and run them while you observe.
Most teams run 6–8 hours of focused testing.

 

4. Results and next steps You leave with real data from your own ECU and a clear picture of what a full norm run would involve.

Best for: full norm runs, official validation, no travel needed
