WKS Informatik GmbH is committed to the cybersecurity of its products. As a manufacturer of automated test systems (RTStand LV124/LV148), we comply with the requirements of the EU Cyber Resilience Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/2847).

Report a vulnerability
If you discover a potential security vulnerability in a WKS product, please report it to:

Please describe the affected component and the observed behaviour in as much detail as possible. We assess incoming reports within 24 hours.

Security updates
WKS provides security patches for WKS-proprietary software and firmware components free of charge for a period of 5 years from system delivery. Affected customers are notified directly by email when a patch is available.

Customer responsibility
Ongoing maintenance of the operating system (Windows), including all security updates, as well as network security and access control, are the customer’s responsibility. A deployment security guide with recommendations for secure integration is provided with each system delivery.

Bitte beschreiben Sie die betroffene Komponente und das beobachtete Verhalten so genau wie möglich. Wir bewerten eingehende Meldungen innerhalb von 24 Stunden.

Sicherheitsupdates
WKS stellt Sicherheitspatches für WKS-eigene Software- und Firmware-Komponenten für einen Zeitraum von 5 Jahren ab Auslieferung kostenlos bereit. Betroffene Kunden werden bei Verfügbarkeit eines Patches direkt per E-Mail informiert.

Kundenverantwortung
Die laufende Pflege des Betriebssystems (Windows), einschließlich aller Sicherheitsupdates, sowie die Netzwerksicherheit und Zugangskontrolle obliegen dem Kunden. Bei jeder Systemauslieferung wird ein Deployment-Sicherheitsleitfaden mit Empfehlungen zur sicheren Integration bereitgestellt.
